Our Location
Located just one kilometre from the Atlantic Ocean, our site benefits from the constant influence of the sea air, which gently permeates the casks and imparts distinctive maritime notes to the whisky over time. This natural interaction between spirit and environment creates a maturation process that’s truly unique—one that simply can’t be replicated anywhere else.
1. Climate and Temperature Regulation
Moderate Temperatures: Our coastal location benefits from the ocean’s moderating influence, providing a stable and temperate climate year-round. This consistency supports a slower, more even maturation process—essential for developing depth and character—while avoiding the negative effects of extreme temperature swings.
Higher Humidity: Proximity to the sea also brings naturally higher humidity levels, which can help reduce the rate of evaporation, often referred to as the “angel’s share.” As a result, more of the whisky is preserved in each cask over time, enhancing both yield and value.

We support full ownership of your casks, with private accounts warmly welcomed. Upon transfer, a Delivery Order will be issued, confirming that the casks are held securely in your name.

Thanks to our state-of-the-art racking system, accessing your casks is quick and efficient. In most cases, we only need to move between 8 and 16 casks to reach yours—minimising disruption and ensuring a fast service.
Your casks are safeguarded with 24-hour CCTV security, providing constant protection and complete peace of mind. Our facility is fully insured, secure and designed with safety as a top priority.
