We support full ownership of your casks, with private accounts warmly welcomed. Upon transfer, a Delivery Order will be issued, confirming that the casks are held securely in your name.
We offer a fast, reliable service with complete transparency. Whether you need a regauge, sampling or a viewing of your casks, our team is ready to respond promptly to your requests.
Thanks to our state-of-the-art racking system, accessing your casks is quick and efficient. In most cases, we only need to move between 8 and 16 casks to reach yours—minimising disruption and ensuring a fast service.
Your casks are safeguarded with 24-hour CCTV security, providing constant protection and complete peace of mind. Our facility is fully insured, secure and designed with safety as a top priority. Through our cutting-edge ‘Vapour’ software platform, you can log in to your account at anytime to view the exact location and status of your casks—offering full transparency and control at your fingertips.
Next Generation Cask
Management
Our warehouse operators will have a companion app to manage their work, whilst producing a data fingerprint for every cask in the bonded warehouse. We will digitally undertake cask movement, stow scanning, filling, disgorging, regauges, samples and re-racking tasks – all generating a data story for each of your casks.
